Meet Our Team

With combined experience of over 200 years, we are extraordinarily proud of our team of caring and dedicated professionals. They communicate well with our patients and each other, ensuring that our patient's surgical and administrative needs are met as efficiently and smoothly as possible.

Flo, Surgical Dental Hygienist

Surgical Dental Hygienist

"Dentistry is such a rewarding and interesting profession; there is always something different, every day. It is a great feeling to see the results of periodontal treatment and watch the transformation as a patient gets their smile back! Being a part of Dr. Williams' practice is very fulfilling in many ways, both spiritually and emotionally - it has changed my life. We are a close-knit family, and I am blessed to work where we pray for each other and our patients. We have a devotional every morning.

I enjoy watching patients' trust and confidence build as they transition from being afraid of going to the dentist to loving coming to our office. When you walk through our door, you become part of our family and we will take care of you."

Flo is a cornerstone of our practice; with 45 years of service to the dental profession, her energy and passion for promoting oral health is a source of inspiration to all of us. Flo has been with our practice since 2000. When she is not at the office providing excellent care for her patients she enjoys reading, bike riding, and playing with her grandchildren.

Tracey, New Patient Coordinator

Tracey Mace, RDH
New Patient Coordinator

"The relationships that we form with our patients are very special to us. I enjoy getting to know people and helping them find solutions for their dental challenges. It is a great feeling going home each day knowing that I helped someone! Our Team really is a family. Working here has helped me grow in all aspects of my life. It has truly been life changing. Each of us genuinely loves what we do, and I know our patients can tell. We all celebrate when a patient achieves a healthy smile again!

We truly want our patients to be comfortable and feel at home in our office. Our coffee has been a big hit - we love it when patients arrive a little early just to enjoy a cup with us!"

Tracey's compassionate warmth and eye for details makes her the perfect fit for our team. Our patients and referring dentists rely on her to make the administrative side of periodontal care "easy", which she does flawlessly. With a background in dental hygiene and over 29 years' experience, Tracey's professionalism and dedication to dentistry is impressive. When she is away from the office, Tracey enjoys spending time with her family, running and gardening.

Tammy, Periodontal Hygienist

Tammy Morgan, RDH
Periodontal Hygienist

“I began working in the dental field in February 2004 as a periodontal surgical assistant. I immediately fell in love with the profession and the patients. I then worked towards the goal of becoming a dental hygienist and was accepted into the Alabama Dental Hygiene Program in 2006. I received my dental hygiene license in May 2007. I am happily married to my high school love, and we have two handsome sons, of whom we are so proud. I love what I do and I thank God that I was given the opportunity, at age 18, to be welcomed into the dental profession.”
